The convenience of our Whole Beef package will give the average family wonderful Big Piney Livestock beef for 9-12 months with quality cuts!

Buying in bulk can seem overwhelming but we make the process easy for you! We work closely with our USDA processor to ensure quality at every step of the process.

What you get (400 lbs of product): With the purchase of this package, you can expect the following APPROXIMATE breakdown:

• 140 lbs of Roasts & Slowing Roasting cuts (an assortment of rump roasts, sirloin tip roasts, chuck roasts, tri-tip, ribs, brisket, stew meat, etc.)
• 60 lbs of Steaks  (an assortment of rib-eye, filet mignon, new york, sirloin steak, flank, skirt)
• 200 lbs of Ground Beef

With this USDA-inspected and finely butchered product, all the work is already done for you. You receive the beef delivered to your door. Our packaging is all vacuum sealed with clear plastic, and fully labeled so you know exactly what you're pulling out of the freezer to thaw!

Storage:

 You will need close to 14 cubic feet of freezer space for a whole beef.

How to pay: Your order here online is the deposit for your whole beef.  The remaining balance of $3,375 will be due within 2 weeks of delivery.

When do I get my beef? Delivery usually takes about 3-6 months from the time of deposit. The longer lead times are dependent on when the animals are ready to harvest as well as the order in which we receive purchases. We will be in touch with an estimated date of delivery.
